Epub Error Show in the file

Hi,
I am kamal singh. I want to know how can i solve my Epub error. A
minor error found in my file.
Please can you solve my problem. My Epub is not showing any error in
the epubcheckvalidator but in the time of layout checking, Epub show a
error.

The error type is this:

Send error report.

After that my epub showing this error. And he is closed. Than please
can you tell me how can i solve this problem.
