I've posted r6 of Moby-Dick to the downloads area. This uses (I hope!) the
new metadata structure. I've also added epub:type throughout to help
identify components. And I've removed the NCX, in the hopes that at least
some of you will have access to betas of EPUB 3 reading systems!
