early input to (Digital) Publishing Working Group Charter - work in progress in DPUB IG

The W3C Digital Publishing Interest Group has begun drafting and discussing input to the process of chartering a prospective new Working Group, as contemplated in the plan to combine IDPF and W3C. See: https://w3c.github.io/dpubwg-charter/

This is by no means an official first draft, as it notes: "The development of this charter is owned by the W3C Staff but will be driven by a Publishing Business Group, which is intended to be created early in the combination of the two organizations"

But even though it's very very early we wanted to err on the side of making sure everyone was aware of the work in progress. See link below.
