I'm the owner of the epubtest.com domain, and will likely not be renewing it when it expires later this year (Nov 2018). I'd gladly transfer this to the epubtest.org group if that's of interest. I also have the @epubtest Twitter account, which I'd be willing to part with if it could go to a good home.
