Subject: Publishing Business Group Formed; Work in progress on Publishing  Working Group Charter (Advance Notice)

Dear Advisory Committee Representatives, Chairs,

W3C is pleased to announce the formation of the Publishing Business
Group.[1] The W3C Team plans to work with the Publishing Business Group
and Digital Publishing Interest Group to develop a charter for a
Publishing Working Group. An early draft charter is available.[2]

We invite interested members of the community to join the Publishing BG
and/or to raise issues in the charter draft GitHub repository.[3]
