Fixed Layout Tests

We are about to make a second pass at implementing the fixed-layout support, including rendition:flow as well as tweaking our UI (we currently override the document in many cases, but we are adding an “auto” choice).  In order to figure out what we SHOULD be doing, Boris (with minor input from me) put together this spreadsheet:

I volunteered to create the missing test files.  So this afternoon I sat down and figured out what all the properties are and what test files would be needed. This info is on sheet 2 (Properties and Testfiles).  As you can see there are a bunch of test files missing.  Some of them may seem a little unnecessary, but we need to ensure that we not overriding the author’s properties and vice versa that we CAN override them where permitted.

I thought folks on the list would be interested in this.  Of course, any feedback or corrections are welcome.
