I know I'm a nutcase for finally committing myself to one of Dr. Rob's
races, is anyone else doing it?

It's described as "Britain's hardest half" and from what I can see
just goes straight up and down Box Hill lots of times! I am digging
out my Red Indian Squaw outfit for the occasion as Dr. Rob the
organiser is a bit batty and encourages insane behaviour.

3-D fly through:

Should be interesting! My ambition for the following day is to get
down the stairs ;)

Val, I hope your hamstring holds up. I'm away on hols otherwise I
would be tempted. Alan Burrows has done it I'm sure and its featured
on their web-site run-to-live.

Graeme and I did the Box Hill Fell Run one year, so your idea of the
route sounds about right

Trudy has given my legs a VERY thorough massage (pain!) and I'm much
more flexible now. I shall not be out to break any records though!
Have a good holiday, see you soon.

Have a good run Val. Glad to see Oddballs living up to the name. Hope
the hamstring holds out. Take it easy on the hills!

Well I survived and my quads are just about coming back to life
again :) Took it very easy on the hills! It's an awesome race, I
think everyone who ran it seemed to love it, in a very masochistic
sort of way.

Looking forward to seeing the photos and Dr. Rob's movie on his
website later this week!
