Thanks Roy,

I think there is an inherent limit of 100 email addresses in outlook and perhaps other email messaging systems, so with the club at 100+ you hit a problem and need to send everything *2.

It may not help, but has anyone thought to use the googlegroup email epsomo...@googlegroups.com to send to all members of the google group (I assume this is the same list as being used for emails now)?

I realise it might be a somewhat contentious group email name ( ha ha ) and it will depend on how the members are setup to receive group posts I suspect but it might be worth a test?

For the record I remain in the “leave our club name alone and go 1^st claim to E&E if you are that keen – the grass is always greener” camp, this despite being “whipped” nicely by some pro change members!

Dear Fellow Members

You might not be aware that our Club Secretary has to send emails, that are intended for all members, in two separate batches. Because of this any reply piggybacked onto one batch is not seen by members in the other batch.

I sent out an email to the addresses in 'my' batch which, of course has not been seen by others.

I am therefore making this attempt to get it to all. My apologies to those who will now have received it twice.
