Hey guys,
After the final interviews, Vincent and I heard that many of you are still very behind on your interviews, despite expressing that you would catch up at the last pledge meetings. As per the pledge manual, this is still a requirement for pledging, and you are required to have at least 32 interviews and signatures on your sheets by Saturday's induction, or you will have a very high chance of not being inducted. To accommodate for the time constraint, you will be allowed to participate in group interviews of at most two brothers and two pledges, and the brothers will be told to respond for interviews more urgently.
