Link to original image

By default, the photo is inserted without a link to the original:


To insert a link, you have to manually write the HTML code:

How can this process be automated? What are the options?

No, no, just type it in this manner [](/path-to-image.ext)

In fact you could put path to image into any correct link, as example:

[](https://static.keptelenseg.hu/p/ef28e222422a1d77631ef792251a0454.mp4)

will display image but after you click the image, browser will open video.

Thank you, this method is much more convenient than HTML code, but I'm still looking for an easier way to add images to a note.

I not completely understand that you need. Maybe you want all pictures became clickable?  
It is possible with a script only.

You can add it to «HTML Header and footer -> Header» in Preferences.
