Setting path (Preference/Compatibility processor)

file:///storage/emulated/0/%21NOTES/~system/processor.md

is not recognised. Must be in format:

file:///storage/emulated/0/!NOTES/~system/processor.md

But in *.md don't work, this is inconsistent.
