Hello,

is it possible to use musical symbols  as sharp, flat, rest or clef in text?

Yeah it's not too difficult.

Here is a list of the musical symbols in Unicode (you'll need to scroll down to the proper symbols. It starts off with guitar emoji)

You can either select the symbol and copy and past it like you would just normal text.
Like so
Sharp Sign
Flat Sign

Or you can paste the 'HTML DEC code'
So this 𝅗𝅥
Produces this 𝅗𝅥

Or this &#119136
Produces this 𝅘𝅥

It might not be the most elegant way to do it. I know there is a full on musical score notation system in epsilon but I've never looked at it. Might take a look at some point but I'm not a musician.

Hope that helps 😊

Hello,

thank you for reply.
I use score notation ABC in Epsilon, but this is big object as image.
I need to write musical symbols directly into the text. Your advice is excellent.
That is, if unicode contains all musical characters, all clefs, accidentals, etc.
