The most important contribution you can ever do for yourself and your
community is translating scientific documents and books into local
languages. It has a lot of implications. The skeptics say "Ethiopia
does not have the vocabulary". Well Japanese or the Chinese also
don't have the vocabulary as English but the developed their language
and used their traditions to get where they are. Here are a few
attempts, and more will come. The following pages are partly in
amharic. If you can not read them you need to find an Ethiopic Unicode
font to be added to your font directory
