Koordinasi Kegiatan eProc PTBA & SMBR

Rekan2x ytc,

Bulan Januari ini merupakan bulan krusial pekerjaan PTBA & SMBR. oleh sebab itu saya ingin mengusulkan jadwal kegiatan eProc PTBA & SMBR.

SMBR : Issue utama adalah kita masih utang On-site support selama 5 hari kerja

PTBA : Bulan ini harus Go-Live

Programmer Ryan, msh belum bisa support ke PTBA maupun SMBR

usulan jadwal :

1. PTBA - Menara Kadin : persiapan go-live 9 & 10 Jan

2. PTBA - Menara Kadin : persiapan go-live 15, 16, 17 Jan

3. SMBR - Plmbng - on site support & bug fixing : 20 - 24 Jan (Riski, Rama & Ahmad)

4. PTBA - GO - LIVE (akhir minggu - 23/34) menara kadin - K3

5 .PTBA - ONSITE SUPPORT setelah Go - Live di T.E  27 - 30 (Rama, Ahmad, Ryan, K3)

jadi utk PTBA, kita akan ke T.E setelah go-live : karena berdasarkan pengalaman setelah go-live pasti banyak yg error ..

harap Ryan kali ini bisa ikut ke PTBA, jadi bisa utk mengurangi ketergantungan ke Aah,,,, 

karena si Aah sudah punya anak... jadi pasti sibuk ngurus anak juga...
