Announcement: epris 0.1

Hi!

I just released 0.1, it should fix the major bug the previous git
versions had:

* crashing on some filename utf8
* missing error/exception in client side
* clean the dbus interface to use more exceptions
* now return after "epr add/rm" (some vala-dbus quirks)

I'll send another mail to discuss how the playlist management can be
done. Ideally, I would prefer epris to be playlist-less.
Unfortunately, it still needs to manage the user "selection". But,
more later.
