Dear colleagues,
The University of Chichester is currently seeking to recruit a part time Research Support Librarian to cover a period of maternity leave for up to one year.
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Research Office and University’s research strategy, working closely with the University Librarian and the Library Team. You will manage the institutional repository and promote Open Access across the university community.
Applicants will need to have working knowledge of the research lifecycle and be aware of current developments in open access publishing, and research support in the higher education sector. Applicants who do not hold a library qualification but have relevant experience may be considered.
This role could be undertaken in conjunction with the Digital Services Librarian also available as a maternity cover.
Informal enquiries are welcomed by Karen Lloyd via email at k.l...@chi.ac.uk or telephone 01243 812082.
Further details can be found on the University of Chichester’s website.
Best wishes,
Debbie
