Inquiry Regarding Bulk User Creation in EPrints Repository

Hello Team, 

I'm managing an EPrints repository and looking for advice on efficiently creating multiple users account in bulk. Are there recommended scripts, tools or API endpoints for this task? Any insights or resources would be appreciated.

The script given here: https://wiki.eprints.org/w/LDAP#LDAP_Import  might be a starting point to work from, with more or less customisation required depending on what the source of your user data is?
