He sent me two versions:

<!--A. (brief version)-->
Basic format: I will introduce the topic and, if you could send HOST a
brief bio. (2-3 tweets),I'll introduce you as well.

Then, it's a matter of your sending a series of tweets (each having
the hash tag #ePrdctn) with the material you want to present. I
strongly suggest that you prepare a couple of dozen tweets with your
main points ahead of time. I'll be happy to look over your prep. if
you would like me to. You will also no doubt also get questions and
comments from those following along; it's good if you respond but feel
free to do so at a natural break in the presentation.

You will be tempted to rush at the beginning.

<!--B. (long form)-->
Basic format: I will welcome participants to the discussion, describe
the topic for the day, introduce you with a brief bio. (2-4 tweets)
and then turn the discussion over to you.

You'll probably want to prepare your material in two to three dozen
tweets (including the hashtag, #ePrdctn on the end of each). Once you
start presenting your material, people will send in comments and
questions, to which you may respond. You'll find it builds pretty
quickly. If you want to send your prepared script to the me
beforehand, I'll be glad to look it over.

If you want to have people look at your sites beforehand, let the me
know and I'll send around the link with the announcement I send out
Tuesdays (usually around noon and again in the evening).

Take your time with the presentation and give twitter time to send it
along to the hashtag and for people to respond, or you'll be going
back to pick up threads. Pause briefly if there's a shift of topic.
I've found the rhythm is like that of old-time radio but there are no
commercial breaks to catch one's breath. And, if you don't present all
the material, you can always do another session.

I'll announce the end of the hour and thank you and the participants.
