Support for higher-order functions?

Is it possible to support higher-order functions in XGP?

By this I mean, say, a function like Fold (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fold_(higher-order_function)) - which takes another function as a function?

This is a long-shot I'm sure, but wanted to ask anyway.
