A date for an event

Hi everyone, i was wanting to set a date for my climate change talk so i can have a poster ready for tomorrow night.
I was thinking Sunday Nov 14th, at 4pm
do we have any other events happening on that day ?
or things i should be thinking about ?

I'm assuming the gallery floor will still be wet tonight??  I'm working till 6p tomorrow as well, so I was going to leave a couple things for Akina to pick up, but Luke, since you live closer, I can just drop them off at your place before I head to work tomorrow morning. Video monitors - All the dvds are already in the players and the sound is all set, etc...I just need someone to hook up an s-video cable on the monitor that's missing it (three of them are set, one needs the cable).  You can tell which one by turning all the Monitors/DVD players on and seeing which one doesn't play a video.  Three of the monitors have headphones, the one Amy's video is not supposed to.

Hey Amy,

I think that date sounds good - That's one of the dates for another possible FOOD I'm scheduling - but it would be from 12-2p, so 4pm would be perfect for the talk.
