Hey guys,
I'm assuming the gallery floor will still be wet tonight?? I'm working till 6p tomorrow as well, so I was going to leave a couple things for Akina to pick up, but Luke, since you live closer, I can just drop them off at your place before I head to work tomorrow morning. It'll be early, so I'll just leave them in a box at your front door. Its a couple s-video cables, paper cups/sugar/straws for the coffee station, and printed maps (copies of a map I made to be placed on the info desk).
I thought there were slide projector bulbs at work, but just found out we're out. So if we want to switch the projector to the gray one, we'll need to buy a bulb.
Video monitors - All the dvds are already in the players and the sound is all set, etc...I just need someone to hook up an s-video cable on the monitor that's missing it (three of them are set, one needs the cable). You can tell which one by turning all the Monitors/DVD players on and seeing which one doesn't play a video. Three of the monitors have headphones, the one Amy's video is not supposed to.

i will be going over to LACE tonight to check out the lighting situation if possible... but if you want to drop stuff off at my house any time is fine (if i'm not there you can leave on the porch...)

ok - lighting is done and it looks great!
the floor is being painted right now, but we can get in there in the morning.
i guess we should come up with some coordinated way of setting dates and times for events? would a google calendar work ok? or does one person just want to coordinate this stuff (keeping the blackboard current / keeping in touch w/ LACE / web calendar? i volunteer if there's no takers....?

don't we have a google calendar for this? isn't it just filled with events that don't have dates? maybe it needs to be cleaned.. i know i have an event listed that's not going to happen.--
