Time to get over it, I think...
What seems to apply in one context...
by analogy
has a very slim "chance" of applying in another context...

for example

I know little to crap about the laws of electromagnetism... for instance.....

but I am reasonably certain that the said laws would not do much at all in aiding me to dance jig....

Yes, indeed...and what are we humble earthlings  supposed to do about it? I mean Who knows about the Neutrino, other than itself?

I feel Nom is on firmer ground here than Awori - we do know something
of the neutrino, including varieties, varying oscillation and so on.
I know enough on the laws of electromagnetism to have called my dog
after Clerk Maxwell, but can't dance worth shit, somewhat evidencing
Nom's point.

Neutrinos began as an idea of Wolfgang Paul in 1930:

"because of the "wrong" statistics of the N and Li6 nuclei and the
continuous beta spectrum, I have hit upon a deseperate remedy to save
the "exchange theorem" of statistics and the law of conservation of
energy"

Subsequent measurements and observations were roughly adapted to fit
this solution. The observations are correct, but the interpretation
may be completely inside out. Neutrinos have been around for only 80
years. Ptolemaic epicycle was accepted science for 1000 years before
Copernican models superseded it. I think that the entire Standard
Model will eventually have to be superseded by an intersubjective
model. Quantum events are not particles or waves in space - they are
the existential shadows through time of primitive sensations.
