Updates for St. Nicholas' Episcopal Church 2

Sorry, I hit the send button by mistake. As I was saying, I hope that
everyone is enjoying this beautiful weather.

Ray has asked that we have a brief meeting this Sunday, September 18
after our church service.

Saturday, October 8 at 11:00 a.m. is the date & time set for our
Blessing of the Animals service at Lake Willastein. We need to discuss
things that need to be done in preparation for this service.
*update the existing signs for the event
*discuss purchase & assembly of treat bags
* plan articles/ads in Maumelle Monitor
*permission from the city to use the park & reserve a space
*discuss strategic placement of signs in the community

Other dates to note are:
1) Bishop Benfield will visit our congregation on Sunday, December 4.
2) Ray's ordination will take place on Monday, December 12 at St.
Michael's in Little Rock. We hope all of you will attend.
3) A wedding invitation from Ed & Andrea Wills for the marriage of
their daughter Rebekah. The invitation reads:
