Here in the Diocese of Fort Worth we've learned that the best
evangelism tool is happiness. After years of seeing our dour unhappy
leaders, people are seeing happy Episcopalians, and it is drawing them
to us.

Talk about the things in this church that make you happy, feed your
soul, help you grow spiritually. That's what people are hungry for --
at least around here.

I agree. Maybe what we need is permission to talk about what our
church means to us and what our God means to us. Our tool is to open
our mouths.
