Newbie & wanting to know about dilantin toxicity

Hi! I am new. 2 wks ago I was told they almost lost me. When I get
hot I start to overheat and become dehydrated. My doctor has now told
me when that happens my potassium level goes thru the drain and my
dilantin level becomes toxic or on the verge of toxic. I want to know

since I was 18 I am now 36. I work full time in a nursing home. Please
