Hi All,

So, I've updated my last part to the paper.  I looked at other studies and tried to model it after them to some extent....but PLEASE please take a look at it and let me know if you think it needs more/less/different information. 

Erin/Nhi- I saw on table one that we don't have the IIEF scores at start -- I think we should.  Also, I've looked at a few other studies and it seems they put std deviations in their tables where applicable.  In our case, we should put std dev in for age and IIEF scores at start/ finish.  Those are as follows: (std dev is in  ( ) )

Age:
Intervention: 61.42 (4.40)
Control: 61.34 (4.37)

IIEF:
Start of study:
Intervention: 14.16 (3.30)
Control: 14.20 (3.60)

End of study:
Intervention: 18.58 (3.80)
Control: 14.60 (3.70)

I put the IIEF scores on a seperate graph because the Y axis was "number of subjects" and the that didn't correlate to the IIEF scores.  I will work on putting the std dev table together today after my test.  Thanks for looking out.

Possibly, we are talking about two different things -- it sounds like you are talking about a graph......  I'm referring to Table One: Baseline Characteristics of Patients with Yoga & Controls.  It seems like we could just add another row in that table and put the baseline IIEF scores in it since it lists age, % who smoke, % w/ htn, etc. I'm concerned that we might get docked points since it doesn't list the main baseline characteristic which we are studying.  I think because IIEF is what we are mainly studying, we should probable put it in the row right under age.  If I'm totally off base here, please let me know.

Baseline table 1. is updated with the pre IIEF scores and the std. Graphs are added to the paper. I placed them under Results but feel free to resize them/move them wherever necessary.

I've added the standard devation numbers into the results section.  I used the numbers and created a range (hope that is what you were looking for Sarah).  This is edited on the version that Mickey sent Jessica, so it may be different than the one that Nhi added to the Participant table.  For whatever reason I am having a hard time finding the link to the live document.

Introduction done and fixed, ending sentence up to date, check if needed.

Updated header to proper APA formating

Changed the beginning of the discussion to place the results summary at the top where it should be

In progress to be done in the next hour or so

Adding strengths and revamping organization of discussion.

Kinda a mess there still but if you all want to look at it otherwise it will be more complete in another hour or so.

Done with my edits, reworded parts of the introduction, discussion, added strengths, conclusions and further avenues of research, The references I used are formated to APA style just need to organized alphabetically.

I left the limitations untouched in the discussion, also it is debatable if some of the points stated in the further avenues of research should be moved into the limitations but I will leave it as it is for now.

Look it over and feel free to modify as needed.
