LOLA error

Hi!

I am trying to run LOLA analysis for some of my samples but I cannot do it...

This is the message that appears..

Dear Nadezhda,

From the output you provided, I cannot certainly judge what the issue is, and can only speculate: Have you installed the "simpleCache" R-package? Otherwise, it looks as if you R-version does not have the capability to extract tar files.

To help you further, I would need more information by showing the output of sessionInfo()
