Dear Readers,

We are pleased to annouce that because of steady growth in popularity, Epidemiologic Inquiry has now moved to a new permanent website at http://www.EPIDEMIOLOGIC.org .

In the coming weeks and months, we shall be adding many resources such as epidemiologic analysis help guides, mathematical formulas for the variances of associations measures, and many more. We specifically welcome reader suggestions and contributions of unique content that one feels would be useful to other epidemiology students and researchers. Akin to other open-source communities, we welcome any contributions of helpful tables, lists, guides, or even special statistical programs for the general epidemiologic community. Individual content contributions will be carefully acknowledged, and may be emailed to: edi...@epidemiologic.org.

Meantime, as a recall of the classic obesity epidemic charts by the CDC, below is our tabulation of the emergence of the obesity epidemic in the United States from the early 1980's to 2004.

Obesity Epidemic: US Temporal Trends

We look forward to updating the site with a body of epidemiologic resources in the near future, and we appreciate for your continued readership and support. Again, to continue the growth by word-of-mouth, please feel free to forward to interested colleagues. Thank you.
