Dear Readers,

Epidemiologic Inquiry has returned in a new format. As of September 2006, Epidemiologic Inquiry will be revamped as an online blog for epidemiology and clinical medicine related content, rather than a formal online journal. After feedback from readers, the editors have decided to adopt a blog format to better serve interested readers. However, we still believe in the original principles to not only bring news, but also insightful analysis on occassions. Thank you for your continued readership.

In this edition, since our return, we have aggregated a list of the clinical and science journals (including epidemiology journals) with the highest ISI Impact Factors, recently released for 2005. We hope readers would find the extensive tabulation informative.

Please feel free to forward to interested colleagues. Thank you.
