How to migrate my purchases?

I've been a fan of ifighter since the original iPhone era and recently purchased the ifighter 2.

However not like the first generation, when I install the app on my iPhone 6 Plus, The in app purchases are not migrated to this new Handset. Which I have spend $60. I want this problem solved.
