Resetting Device_How to save progress

Hi, 

I have to reset my Samsung P3100 and worried about how to save my progress and the purchases I have made in last two months! Please guide me

Also, sent a mail to c...@epicforce.com with subject "Change in EG- ID 601346", but no one has reponded as if now. Queries were:

1. How can I can/replace EG on my fighters?

2. How does one get a gift code?

For exchange extra gun for fighters, please note that only a fighter without a default extra gun could be installed by any extra gun you like. And we are sorry that the current version can not exchange extra gun for any fighter, but we really thanks for your opinion and we will take a discussion internally about adding a new feature to change extra gun for a fighter.
