Ran into another lab that we have not been able to order in EPIC:
24-hour urine creatinine clearance—available ONLY at LabCorp per
EPIC. Can order creatinine clearance (not specified as 24-hour) at
LabCorp and Quest, but this test is not orderable in EPIC for Shands.
This came up two of Dr. Ejaz’s patients in the past 2 days.

Hi Melanie...LAB383 (Creatinine Clearance) is now available for all 3 Resulting agencies...LAB818 is only available to Labcorp.... it is a "frozen" specimen, don't know if you normally order frozen... I'm thinking you don't want to order this one? Let me know if I am incorrect on that.... thanks.
