The original set of instructions sent that detailed the procedure to submit an EPIC ticket is incorrect.
The correct link for submitting a service request is actually found in two places specifically.
One link can be found by clicking on the green "Home" button in the top left portion of the portal page after one has logged in and looking for a "Services" box heading in the middle of the screen on the left side.
Additionally, once logged in to Portal there is a link that says, "Self Service Helpdesk" located at the bottom of the page in the green border.
