Viewing inpatient notes when seen in outpatient clinic

I was seeing a patient for follow-up of a recent hospitalization at Shands in my clinic on Thursday.

I found myself unable to identify how to view the records from his recent hospitalization at Shands.  He was hospitalized after the EPIC go-live.

Can you help me with how to do this?

Try the following: when you are in chart review, uncheck the filter box that is checked and you should be able to see all records.  By putting the filter back on you will be able to limit to ambulatory records.

That uncheck filter box is critical. It is also necessary to do that
to put in orders for future admissions like in the CRC.
