Labs that can't be ordered

Myeloperoxidase antibody and Proteinase 3 antibody can only be ordered through Quest
Urinalysis with microscopic can only be ordered through LabCorp.

These were communicated to Sue Myatt on April 23.

An ESR cannot be ordered at Shands.  It is available only at Quest and LabCorp.

I received a message today that:
LAB347 URINALYSIS, AUTO is now URINALYSIS WITH MICRO
 
LAB348 URINALYSIS AUTO W/SCOPE IS NO LONGER MAPPED I COMBINED IT WITH LAB347 AND TOOK OFF ALL PREFERENCE LISTS.
