Issue:  Entering Nursing Orders

Resolution: Select nursing communication and type in what you need;  clamp NG tube can be found by keying clamp

 

Issue: Not able to see ED note

Resolution:  look in pended note tab (on the far right), not ED note

 

Issues: Pended note needs activation

Resolution:  IF you need to change the note type - at the top select the note type and it will let you put one in or change it as long as you have not accepted the note

 

Issue: Can't find Vent order set

Resolution: use the order set, Cardiopulmonary services volume control order set

 

Issue:  Who is the order and authorizing provider

Resolution: the authorizing provider is the attending

 

Issue:  How to forward a Results that does not belong to you from your InBasket

Resolution:

·         Highlight the message you want to forward.

·         Click forward

·         Place provider name that should have the message (Make sure the check "Reassign responsibility")

·         Add message if needed

·         Click "accept"

·         Once you send the Message, the item will be "Done" from your InBasket and the message will be gone
