Having trouble finding the Production Hyperspace Epic Icon?

If you are:

• Logged into the workstation with your Shands User ID, you should see the Four Epic icons (Production Hyperspace, Downtime Hyperspace, Playground Hyperspace, and Train Hyperspace) on your desktop
• Using a PC located in Alcoves, Ambulatory Exam rooms, Patient rooms, OR Exam rooms, ED Exam rooms (there may be other PCs in the OR and ED so you may need to ask the supervisor in the area) or a COW, that auto login, you should see the Four Epic icons on the desktop
• Logged into a workstation with a generic account (radonc, workroom, radrms, orclin, clindoc, pharmacy, residents, renal, fetalmon, nursing, oruser, seattle, medicine, or ims), you will see the Citrix Web Icon on the desktop and you must login to Citrix to get the Four Epic Icons
• Logged in with a UF AD or GatorLink account, from your browser you must go to Citrix.Shands.org.  You must login to Citrix to get the Four Epic Icons.
