Character not showing up in EPGP List of Members

So I have about 900 people in my guild and I just got a new raider on my roster, he transferred to my server from another, so he is on my realm, not the one I am connected to. The first 3 nights of raiding he got his points just fine, but last night after I tried to give him his GP for winning a piece, he was not on my list of people inside the raid group, nor was he showing up on the EPGP list for the entire guild. I cannot find either of his toons and when I mass award EP it skips over him. Please help me fix.

This usually (in my experience) happens when the officer note for said
player is invalid. The addon has a "show errors" button in the
configuration pages which you can use to check if this is indeed the
case.
