I've noticed a lot of problems with EPGP Web Snapshots disappearing,
or showing up when I click on old snapshots, and was wondering if
there's anyway to eliminate this problem by just uploading to my own
web server. Does anyone know an addon / script that will allow me to
do this easily?

I haven't noticed this until this week. It looks like webEPGP got a
much needed update showing EP and GP differences for the latest
snapshot. That's fantastic. However, somehow some snapshots got lost
in this update.

On our site: http://www.epgpweb.com/guild/us/Lightninghoof/Unleashed/
It looks like we lost a snapshot from July 2.
I have the snapshot information in this spreadsheet:
http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=ruS576A29ODJR9cKUeSiyIg
I use the spreadsheet to manually do your latest function of figuring
out EP gained each week for attendance evaluation.

Fantastic web update, btw. It will save me lots of spreadsheet work.
Will the next update start including items and GP gained from them?
Hmm, this seems to violate the idea of a "snapshot" export. Any
thoughts on an implementation for item history exporting?

I see the snapshot from Jul 2 on the listing. Did you remove it and add it?

Btw, there was/probably is already a problem with datastore indexes. If you do not see a snapshot it doesn't mean it is gone. The index no longer refer to it. I am working to resolve this.

As for loot, yes the next step is adding GP and item history. I think just the differences + GP/item history are going to be good enough for a lot of people.
