Screenshot Problem: Local hub ignores group assignment and resizes

Thanks for the great tool!

When I load a local hub via JSON file + bigwigs, my group assignments are perfect until I attempt to take a screen shot. Upon generation of screenshot, many if not all of the groups seem to disband and take different Y-max values (see attached).

Would be great to fix so figure generation can be useful with local hubs.
