Hi, there. I'm trying to use the comparative epigenome browser. As I need to upload data hub per specie, it's necessary to assign the genome per data hub file. However, I don't know how to assign genome parameter within a data hub json file. Is there any way to assign genome paramter for a data hub json file?
Thanks!

Hi Yuting,
Sorry I missed your question during holiday break.
The datahub cannot define genome in it, the genome can be define in the ?genome=hg38 URL parameter.
