How to view loop structures as arc using WUSTL epigenome browser?

Hi,

I am hoping to view a list of loop structures as arc plot. From reading the tutorials, it seems that I should upload a long-range text file. But I am wondering what do each column in the example file mean? And if I have want certain loops to be colored blue and others red, is there a way to include the information in the text file?

Hi Jenny,

this link https://eg.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tracks.html#longrange explains the format, if you use a negative score value, it will be in blue, the default color for positive value is pink.

After track is added, you can right click to configure the colors.
