some bigwig data showed no data

Hi everyone, I uploaded my BigWig files through local tracks, but one group isn’t showing any signal. The files look normal in IGV, so I’m not sure what the problem is. Has anyone run into this before or know how to fix it? Thanks!

Hi Jiajia,

Does those files use chrom names like 1, 2 instead of chr1, chr2?

if not, can you put one of the file somewhere for us to download then troubleshoot? Thank you!
