Fetch data from CyVerse

Hello,

I tried to follow the instruction in https://wiki.wubrowse.org/Track_hosting to submit a track hosted by CyVerse. However, CyVerse has updated, and there is no "send to Genome Browser" option. Instead, they have a "public link" option to generate a public link. I can download the file through this link. But when I tried to use this URL in washU genome browser, it shows "data fetch failed". 

My long range text file link is 

https://data.cyverse.org/dav-anon/iplant/home/xiangcyverse/wasu_longrange_test

Is it still possible to fetch data from CyVerse? Could you please help me solve how to fetch data host by CyVerse? Thank you!
