local hic track could not show any signal

Hi,

I'm new of WashU and have some problems. I have loaded a local hic file but nothing could see. This file can work on juicebox. I have tried change all settings, but sitll could see nothing. Could you let me know where I did wrong?

Hi Xianqiang,

Are the chrom names in your hic file 1,2,3...or chr1, chr2. chr3? that may be the issue but can dig more. do you think you can put your hic file somewhere for me to take a look? thanks!
