I was wondering if it's possible to download the annotation files for the tracks displayed in the browser? Specifically, the JASPAR Transcription Factors 2022 track? (zebrafish danRer11)

Yes, the track file you mentioned can be downloaded from https://vizhub.wustl.edu/public/JASPAR/2022/JASPAR2022_danRer11.bb

it's a bigbed file. We obtained it from https://jaspar.elixir.no/genome-tracks/
