Issue Accessing Hi-C Data Tracks

Hello, 

I hope you are well.

I am currently using the WashU Epigenome Browser and encountering an issue when attempting to access Hi-C interaction data from the Tracks>>Public Data Hubs. The tracks are not displaying and instead show the following messag: "Forbidden! Refresh page or click track to try again."

I have tried refreshing the page and reloading the track, but the issue persists. Could you please advice on this?
