Hello,
I was wondering if it was possible to upload custom genomes to the browser?
I have HiC data for an mm10 genome that has a 140kb insertion on ChrX and another set of experiments where I have a large deletion in Chr6.
Thank you in advance,
Bhavana

Hi Bhavana,
Sorry currently this function is not there yet, need to add a new custom genome following
https://eg.readthedocs.io/en/latest/add.html
but we are working on this new feature to allow custom genome through a JSON file which will be available probably in 2 months ish...
