Hello,

I am trying to upload interactions using long-range format (see picture attached below). This previously uploaded fine using the 2022 version and I was able to view both locally and when uploaded to cyverse. However, over the last month I have had issues with both upload options.

Sorry for the trouble. This issue should be fixed by our programmer Chad. Please refresh your Browser to v56.0.5

If the problem still exists on your side, please send us part of your file for us to test.
