Screenshot failure

Hello everyone, 

I’m having an issue with the screenshot function. I have multiple sub-sessions within a single session ID, always with the same tracks but at different genomic loci, each with a highlighted region. However, the screenshot function does not work for all windows—only some of them—and I really don’t understand why. The screenshot window opens, but clicking “Download SVG” does not trigger any download (while it works perfectly fine for certain loci). I’ve tried on multiple computers and browsers. Is this a known bug, and is there any solution?

Yes of course, 

Here is the bundle ID: 
a23a15c0-cb8f-4434-9a45-189c32c4be8e

and among all the sessions, i cannot obtain the screen shot for example for  "1p36.13_selection_2026_05_13 - 13/05/2026 09:21:22"

but this is working well for others like "1p36.22_selection_2026_05_13 - 13/05/2026 09:18:52"

Hi Hélène, 

Thank you for your patience and for also finding the bug. The bug was fixed alongside other features I was working on so it took a bit longer for me to update the browser. The bug should be fixed now in version 61.0.0, make sure to refresh the browser if the version doesn't match. If you still have the same issue or find any new issue occurring, please let me know and I'll try to fix it as soon as possible.
